Refund Policy

At Scholars School, we maintain a transparent and fair refund process for all online transactions. Please read our policy carefully.

1. General Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned below.

Refunds are applicable only for duplicate payments or admission cancellation before the session begins.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please inform us at pro@scholarsschool.org or call +91 9797 159482.

Upon verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

3. Technical Errors / Failed Transactions

In case of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account but not reflected on our portal, the amount will be credited back to your bank within 7 working days by your bank or payment gateway.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed only through bank transfer or the original payment method.

No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
